We collect only the personal data we need to process your order, ship it to you and support you afterward: name, contact details, shipping address, billing information and order history.

Payment data is handled by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments) and never stored on bip servers. We keep only the last four digits of your card for reference.

We use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You can opt out via your browser settings or through the tools' own opt-out pages.

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us fulfill your order — logistics partners, embroidery suppliers, email platforms — and only what they need to do their job.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to frd@usebip.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
