exchanges & returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To open a request, email atendimento@usebip.com with your order number and a short note about the reason. We'll reply with instructions and a return label.

Personalized (embroidered) items and sale items are final sale — we can only replace them if defective.

For international orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.
